Position Overview: 

The Manufacturing Technician will play a key role in supporting the production, assembly, testing, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. You’ll collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of our manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone experienced in automated systems, CNC manufacturing, and metrology with a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Fabricate, assemble, test, inspect, and maintain production tools and systems.
• Use standard metrology and measuring equipment to ensure product quality.
• Assist in product upgrades, repairs, and production-line operations.
• Collaborate with engineers on new product introductions and manufacturing improvements.
• Identify root causes of manufacturing or quality issues and propose solutions.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of production processes.

 

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (automated systems preferred).
• Proficiency in CNC manufacturing and standard measuring equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with robotics, welding, or related trade school experience is desirable but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• A desire to innovate and improve production processes.

• Experience with advanced manufacturing systems.
• Proficiency in reading engineering prints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• CAD/CAM
